@bicycledesign retweeted PROFISS�ES (here's the translated from Portuguese version) on Twitter this morning and I thought it was worth a post here because these bikes are real working bikes. Love the first one, you can go for a bike ride AND sharpen your knives at the same time.

Not only are they cool to look at, they are also "green" machines and we'd do well to try to bring back this style of professional bicycle.

Is there anything the humble bicycle cannot do? Or is there just something that someone hasn't converted a bike to do yet? I tend to lean towards the latter rather than the former.
