Piaggio unleashes the MP3's evil big brother, the 500cc Fuoco which promises to be even more fun to try and break that double-wheeled front end loose.
The MP3, for those that don't know, is a revolutionary scooter with two independent front wheels that provide shockingly awesome traction, braking and confidence. But the 250cc engine that comes in the MP3 leaves regular bikers a little underwhelmed.
Enter the Fuoco with its larger displacement and stiffer suspension along with the variable gearing and you may just wind up seeing bikers "downgrading" to scooters. At $11k, it isn't cheap but it sure looks like fun and I'm looking forward to getting out on one for a test ride.
