Looks like the 2006 Tour of California may actually happen. What's interesting is the the title sponsor, Amgen, is the manufacturer of EPO, which has been one of the most widely abused drugs in endurance sports...
Since the race is in February, somehow I don't think they will be doing a mountain stage from Sacramento up to Tahoe.
