Unfortunately I did not go on this ride. But it's good to know that we can still ride up at Grouse Ridge until the next "big" storm plows through.

Knee Update: I did ride in Auburn last weekend with Chris. The knee was hurting pretty bad on the last climb and I did have to walk out of the Moto-Park, but other than that it did pretty well. Just gotta get back to the gym to get my strength back.
